SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping Policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 5 - 10 business days to process your order.
Expect an email within 5 - 10 business days to let you know your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP:
Orders can be picked up Monday to Friday, from 10.00 - 15.00.
An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup and arrangements will be made for pick up times.
LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 10km of our shop.
If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email and we will reach out to arrange a suitable time to deliver.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days using The Courier Guy / Pudo
Flat rate shipping fee of R150 applies to orders shipping to all areas in South Africa.
Optional: We do not ship outside of South Africa at this time
Return & Exchange Policy
In the event that you are unhappy with your order or the product received, please reach us to me to discuss the best solution.
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund/repair/replace the item/order in question.
In the event of refunds, we will refund in full minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at thecraftyco.sa@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
In the event of delays due to third-parties, we cannot be held liable for these delays and do not offer refunds on orders that are delayed due to third-party supplies/couriers.
However, we do and will always communicate any such delays and provide an alternative solution to the best of our abilities.
